This self-portrait series was created as an ode to myself, to physicalise my commitment to loving myself radically. They hang in my space as a constant reminder of how beautiful and proud I am of myself and my growth. Despite many visitors I refuse to take them down, to do so would manifest betrayal for my body; my body who is strong, sensual, fat, liberated, who deserves to be awed.
My curves, my plumpness; my fatness, guide my creativity. I trust my own inner guidance always. it always brings me back to radically trusting myself and my creative whims. Woven in this series is the vision of me living so deliciously in front of my coffee table, hours going by, flowing through healing myself, using my hands and heart.
I hope that this print can help you to also radicalise your love for yourself
