This is the worst case scenario, we pride ourselves in the reliability of our packaging to ship your orders safely to you, however in the off chance that this does occur please reach out to us via abeyscottage@outlook.com with a photo of the damaged product in the original packaging and we will do everything in our power to resolve this in a timely manner. 

Changed your mind?

We understand that sometimes a change of mind is inevitable and we want you to have the best experience possible when purchasing from our store; however , generally, our store does not have to give a refund or replacement if a customer simply changes their mind about a product. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us however if there is something wrong with your order. 

My Crystal looks like it is shattered in the inside/ has cracks or imperfections, is it broken? 

No not at all! Crystals come from the Earth and they are and will be imperfect because of this, they are known as ‘inclusions’. We actually value these inclusions and think it makes them an even more unique piece for your collection. If you do want something more perfect we suggest to review man-made crystals.
